At present, Turkmenistan's leading specialists are busy developing new school books in accordance with new school curriculum designed for 10-year education. As the Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru was told in the Turkmen state publishing service, the Ministry of education has placed an order with the service for printing 42 new school books for secondary schools.

As of today, 15 school books have been printed. They include new illustrated school books for elementary school, Turkmen, Russian and English language school books, biology, geography, mathematics, social sciences school books for middle and senior forms. 5 more school books will be printed in the near future. All school books will be delivered to secondary school libraries of Turkmenistan by the start of new school year.
