Wedding Palace "Bagt Koshgi" opened in Ashgabat
Turkmenistan's new Wedding Palace "Bagt Koshgi" has issued first marriage certificates to just-married couples.

As the Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru reports, the total area of the palace is some 4 thousand square meters. The white marble palace has several spacious halls for wedding rituals, two banquet halls for wedding parties, special rooms for brides and an administrative sector. The palace is crowned with a 25 m high dome and four 13 m high smaller domes. Archives will be kept in the basement which is decorated with red granite.

The architectural ensemble is complemented with alleys and original fountains. There are also two large parking spaces. Lawns, flower-beds and saplings were planted on the landscaped territory around the palace.

The US $ 3,7 million facility was built by Turkish company Delta Uluslararasy Inshaat, Tourism, Textile Sanayy we Tijaret Ltd Sti.
