On the eve of Turkmenistan's Independence Day Turkish contractor companies Bahar, Avrasia and Kylych have commissioned two luxury houses in one of the central avenues of the Turkmen capital. The houses were ordered by the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan.

As the Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru reports, the ministry's personnel have bought out all 48 flats with improved layout in 12- and 4-storey houses on preferential terms (70% discount of the full cost of a flat). Two, three and four-room flats with spacious rooms, high ceilings and modern decorations meet Euro standards. Kitchens are equipped with necessary furniture and house appliances.

The territory surrounding the houses has been landscaped. There are children's and sport grounds in between the houses.

At the moment, three more luxury houses are being constructed in Ashgabat for the families of officer staff of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan.
