Another group of the US Peace Corps volunteers are to finish in Turkmenistan their mission, which is to promote the most priority fields of the country such as health care and education.
For the last two years, the volunteers of the 13th group have stayed with Turkmen families. Apart from implementing their projects in various provinces and districts, they also have been studying Turkmen language, and have familiarized themselves with unique culture and national traditions of Turkmenistan.
As the Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru reports, the voluntary mission members due to report on the work carried out at a conference in Ashgabat on 28-30 August. Such conferences have become a tradition.
The 14th group of the US Peace Corps volunteers will take the button from their predecessors. It is expected that one more group of volunteer movement from the US will join them in October.
