As the Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru reports, today the leader of Turkmenistan, Saparmurat Niyazov, has been presented with the first copies of his book "Rukhnama" published in Poland and Ukraine at a ceremony before the start of gala concert on the occasion of Independence Day of Turkmenistan.

In a response speech, the President of Turkmenistan thanked general public of Poland and Ukraine for the attention to the book that, in his words, has accumulated not only his work but also reflected "the thoughts of thousands of Turkmen citizens who took with interest the idea of writing such a book and sent in their proposals".

Saparmurat Niyazov has also said that Turkmenistan's relations with Poland and Ukraine will develop in a dynamic way and in the interest of the friendly peoples.
