On October 14, at the enlarged meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov relieved Environment Minister Magtymguly Akmyradov of his duties "in connection with his transfer to another job." Babageldi Annabayramov, formerly head of the department of agricultural branch of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, was appointed to this post.
Chairman of the Association of Bread Products "Turkmengallaonumleri" Atamyrat Altybaev was also relieved from his post in connection with the transfer to another job. Under the decree of the President, he was appointed deputy governor of Balkan province.
Yeldash Ashyrov, who held the post of Deputy Minister of Water Resources of Turkmenistan, was appointed chairman the Association, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan (TDH) said.
