Turkish company BELDA will design and build "on a turnkey" basis a recreation center for children and adults in the tourist zone Avaza in the Turkmen coast of the Caspian field.
As the Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru's reports referring to the press service of the head of state, Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a relevant decree yesterday.
The construction should start in March 2008 and be completed in December 2009. The total cost of the center for 400 visitors is US $ 26,8 million.
The contract will be financed by the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan.
