Investors get plots of land for construction in Turkmenistan
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a number of resolutions according to which plots of land on the Turkmen Caspian coast have been leased to a number of Turkish, Russian, French and Iranian companies. It should be noted that the implementation of the project of the national tourist zone Avaza occupying some 1.7 thousand hectares of land is under way there. As the Turkmenistan.ru's correspondent has learnt from the press service of the president, foreign investors will carry out building and assembly jobs on the allocated plots at their own expense. Bouygues (France) is to build an office in Avaza, Pars Energy (Iran) - a cottage settlement and greenhouse Avaza Bagy, Itera (Russia) - a hotel, Engin Group - a business center, Polimeks - a yacht club, a restaurant, a water sports club, an aqua park, camps and beaches, Ichkale - a hotel, Garanti Koza - a tennis club, Sehil (all Turkey) - a health center worth Euro 62 million.
