Having approved the location of the new facility, Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov issued instructions to complement the project with a modern supermarket that would sell a wide range of macaroni and bread products twenty four hours a day.
The Turkmen president next pulled over at another industrial zone in Ruhabat district, close to Ovadandepe. Soon, there will be built a complex of modern enterprises in immediate proximity to the Ashgabat-Karakum-Dashoguz road. The first on the list is the existing marble and granite production plant. A metal-wear plant and a waste processing and cotton ginning plant will be built next to it. The president also got acquainted with the plan of architectural development of the villages of Ruhabat district. The plan was submitted by the governor of Ahal province.
During the trip, Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov again raised the issue of constructing and landscaping the Ashgabat-Karakum-Dashoguz road. Having noted the strategic importance of the new road for the further intensification of the social-economic development of the country, the president urged vice-primer Gurbannazar Ashyrov to pay attention to the importance of strict compliance to all technological norms and quality of construction.

Then, the head of state drove to the prospective site of a new Ashgabat TV tower which is to be erected in the capital in the near future. Among the requirements to potential designers and constructors of this facility Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov named high quality, durability and seismic stability of the construction. As regards the architecture, the new TV tower was initially designed as one of the most striking and original site of the capital, the president said. A special commission will work out the parameters of this complex technical facility. The commission was set up on instructions of the president of Turkmenistan. It consists of the leading specialists of relevant ministries and establishments. All estimates are calculated for the long term prospects, taking into account the development of telecommunication infrastructure, including TV, Radio and modern means of communication.

The tower will be accessible from two sides via a modern 3 km road meeting all international standards.
Having viewed the capital from the site, the head of state tasked Ashgabat governor Deryageldi Orazov to ensure landscaping works and planting of trees in the city as well as keeping it clean and in order. At the same time, the president particularly stressed the need to develop comprehensive measures to protect the city and all new facilities from any possible floods.
