Students and volunteers of the Youth Organization named after Magtymguly have started shooting 60-second video films about children's rights within the framework of the seminar "One Minutes Jr. Video" organized by UNICEF and the Ministry of culture and TV and Radio broadcast of Turkmenistan.
Schools, parks, stadiums and streets of the Turkmen capital will become shooting areas. The beginner cinematographers are free to create but limited to a maximum 60 seconds per film about children's rights. The seminar aims at encouraging youth to express their personal opinion.
20 video films about different aspects of children's rights will be produced by the end of this innovative action. All video films will be demonstrated at the National Children's Forum dedicated to Children's Rights Day and on the national TV, the Turkmenistan.ru's correspondent reports quoting Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
